These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Cash4D ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Cash4D online gaming platform accessible at cash4d.asia and all associated mobile applications, sub-domains, and services.

Cash4D operates as an international online gaming platform under international licensing (Curacao jurisdiction). The platform offers sports betting, live casino games, 4D lottery-style draws, premium slot games, crash games, and other gaming products to eligible adult users worldwide, including Malaysian residents.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the Cash4D website at cash4d.asia, including all associated services, software, mobile applications, and APIs.
• "Account" means the personal user account created by a registered Player on the Platform.
• "Player Balance" means the total of real money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or other incentive amounts credited to an Account that are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Know Your Customer" or "KYC" means the identity verification process required by the Platform in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Cryptocurrency" means digital assets including but not limited to USDT (TRC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH) accepted by the Platform as deposit and withdrawal methods.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary fiat currency reference used on the Platform for Malaysian players.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction mechanism by which a Player may request temporary or permanent closure of their Account for responsible gambling purposes.
• "Prohibited Activities" means any actions specifically restricted under Section 9 of these Terms.

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms shall constitute your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. Cash4D reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and the most current version will always be available at this page with the "Last Updated" date prominently displayed.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on Cash4D, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Cash4D enforces a strict 21+ age policy in line with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards.
• You must be a natural person of sound mind, acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, unless you have independently confirmed that participating is permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, director, agent, consultant, or immediate family member of any Cash4D staff member or affiliated entity.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with Cash4D or any other gaming platform we recognise.

Cash4D reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension and retention of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each eligible person may register a maximum of one (1) Account on the Cash4D Platform. Multiple accounts per person — regardless of email address, device, IP address, or payment method used — are strictly prohibited and constitute an abuse of our systems.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Cash4D will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

• Do not register with false or borrowed identity information.
• Do not share your Account with another person under any circumstances.
• Do not register a second Account if you already have an existing Account.
• Do notify Cash4D support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Do use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available.

Cash4D supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically curated for Malaysian players. Accepted payment methods include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and cryptocurrency options including USDT (TRC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH).

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 across all fiat payment methods. Maximum deposit limits vary by method and tier level. Players are encouraged to review their Account dashboard for current applicable limits.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• All KYC documentation must be verified before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the initial deposit, where technically feasible.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal can be requested against bonus-derived balance.
• Cash4D processes the majority of withdrawal requests within 24 hours, though bank transfer timelines may vary depending on the receiving institution.
• Cash4D does not accept third-party deposits. Funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Cash4D reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, account compromise, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Platform may request additional documentation.

Cash4D offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses (up to MYR 2,688 depending on VIP tier), referral bonuses (MYR 38 per qualifying referral), cashback rewards, and other time-limited offers. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your Account in the form of non-withdrawable bonus funds until the applicable wagering requirement is met.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount. Specific requirements are disclosed on each promotion page.
• Bonuses have a validity window (typically 7 to 30 days) within which wagering must be completed. Unused bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with active bonus funds. Exceeding these limits may result in bonus cancellation.
• Promotions are intended for recreational players only. Systematic bonus exploitation, arbitrage betting across promotions, or any form of bonus abuse is prohibited.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, household, IP address, device, or shared payment method.

Cash4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has been credited in error, Cash4D reserves the right to reclaim the incorrectly credited funds.

All bets placed on Cash4D are subject to the specific rules of each respective game or sports event. General betting rules applicable across all products include:

• Once confirmed, bets are final and cannot be amended or cancelled unless a specific in-play cash-out feature is available and actively exercised by the Player before the applicable event concludes.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a live game or bet placement, the outcome will be determined by the game server logs. Cash4D's records are deemed conclusive in the event of any dispute.
• Cash4D reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to an obvious pricing error, system glitch, or odds feed malfunction. Such voids will be notified to the Player, and the stake will be returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet stakes are determined by product type and VIP tier. Current limits are displayed within the game interface at the time of bet placement.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced (where pre-match bet placement is the intended mode) will be voided. Only explicitly designated in-play betting markets accept post-commencement wagers.

Winnings will be credited to your Player Balance automatically upon confirmation of the outcome by Cash4D's system. In cases of delayed settlement — for example, during EPL matches subject to VAR review or Liga Super Malaysia officiating queries — the Platform will settle markets as soon as authoritative outcome data is available.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Cash4D Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether directly or through third parties, family members, or shared devices.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identification, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting any material information during registration or KYC.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, including but not limited to structuring deposits to avoid detection.
• Automated betting systems: Using bots, scripts, APIs, or any automated software to place bets, execute strategies, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any other interactive format to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic tactics that deviate from normal recreational play patterns, including but not limited to matched betting across accounts.
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise derive the source code, algorithms, or trade secrets of Cash4D's software or infrastructure.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21.

All content on the Cash4D Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "cash4d", the logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, software, text, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of Cash4D or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes as contemplated by these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, republish, or redistribute any Platform content without prior written consent from Cash4D.
• Use any Cash4D trademarks, service marks, or logos in any commercial context.
• Create derivative works based on Cash4D's proprietary software or visual assets.

Any unauthorised use of Cash4D's intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cash4D, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensed partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits from technical failures, service interruptions, or maintenance downtime.
• Financial loss resulting from your own gambling decisions, wagering strategies, or interpretation of odds.
• Any loss arising from third-party payment processing delays, including those involving Maybank, CIMB, FPX, or e-wallet providers such as Touch 'n Go eWallet or Boost.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to protect your credentials.

In all circumstances, Cash4D's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player during the preceding thirty (30) calendar days.

Cash4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Voluntary self-exclusion request by the Account holder.
• Receipt of a lawful demand from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any remaining balance (including real money funds) may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is at the Player's own request (e.g., voluntary self-exclusion), legitimate real money balances will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, under which Cash4D holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, the Parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting Cash4D's support team. Cash4D will endeavour to acknowledge all dispute submissions within five (5) business days and provide a substantive response within twenty (20) business days.

For Players based in Malaysia, nothing in this clause is intended to deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights afforded under Malaysian law where such rights cannot be contractually excluded.

Cash4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Where the changes are significant, we may additionally notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. If you disagree with any amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and close your Account.

Cash4D is firmly committed to responsible gambling. We acknowledge that a small percentage of players may develop problematic gambling behaviours, and we provide tools to help players maintain control over their activity on the Platform.

Available responsible gambling tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps on your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications when you have been logged in for a defined period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up summaries of your session activity and net balance change.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period (7 days to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform.
